Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping box to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
